The qualified rate of lock products is 92.2%

China Economic Network, Beijing, July 30 - On July 28, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) released the results of the national supervision and random inspection of the quality of lock products in the second quarter of 2015. According to the results, 7 batches of products produced by 90 enterprises in 3 provinces (cities) were unqualified, with a sampling rate of 92.2%.
The reporter of China Economic Network learned that this spot check included five types of plunger lock, ball lock, external door lock, bicycle lock and mechanical anti-theft lock. The number of enterprises in the spot check accounted for about 45% of the total number of lock manufacturers in the country. The focus was on the inspection of the mutual opening rate of plunger lock, the extension length of lock tongue, the axial static load of square tongue, the lateral static load of square tongue, the static pull of hook tongue, the lateral static load of oblique tongue, and the connection of lock head and lock body Handle torque, handle radial static load, handle axial static tension and lock head anti-pulling safety device.
According to the inspection, the unqualified items of the 7 batches of unqualified products mainly involve four times of mutual opening rate of the cartridge lock, one time of the protruding length (oblique tongue) of the cartridge lock tongue, one time of the mechanical anti-theft lock head anti-pulling safety device, and two times of the external door lock mutual opening rate. The manufacturers of lock products are mainly concentrated in Guangdong and Zhejiang, and 54 batches and 35 batches were randomly inspected, with the detection rate of unqualified products being 7.4% and 8.6% respectively.
